I am a Science and Technology teacher, Massachusetts-licensed in Digital Literacy and Computer Science teacher (5-12) with a PhD in Mathematics Education. Formerly a software engineer and UMass Dartmouth research associate, I now teach high school engineering and serve on the Kaput Center executive board. I am a maker and problem-solver dedicated to playful lifelong learning, sourdough baking, and sci-fi/horror entertainment.
My perspective is that of a pro-democracy, anti-authoritarian, progressive educator. I believe that intellect & romance should triumph over brute force & cynicism. Masks save lives.
