List all tiles on a single line separated by commas. Place all tile entries under the heading BOARD:. Then record the player's visible rack tiles left to right on a line beginning with RACK: Use no commas between the rack letters. Use lowercase for any blank tile on the board; use ? for an unplayed blank in the rack.
